November is for COMMUNITY 💗✨ For the girls who hype you up mid workout, the instructors who know your name, and the friendships that start with “Are you dying too?” 🫶🏼 Because wellness is so much better when we do it together. More movement, more friendships, more showing up for ourselves AND each other this month. #TorontoWellness #PilatesCommunity #WellnessGirlies #TorontoPilates GirlsWhoMovr by @tarynnn.ava
How could I not be smiling? by @tarynnn.ava
how lucky am i to have a body that lets me move, a brain that wants to learn, a city full of things to explore, books i haven’t read yet, coffee shops i haven’t discovered and people who make ordinary days feel special 🥹💗 i think sometimes we get so caught up in everything we want to accomplish that we forget how much there already is to love about the lives we’re living. anyway, this is your reminder to take the picture, try the hobby, go on the walk, order the coffee, make the plans and be a little embarrassingly excited about being alive. life is so much more fun when you decide to be an active participant in it!!! currently in my very serious era of collecting hobbies, romanticizing absolutely everything and becoming my own favourite person. how lucky are we!!!! 🫶 #TorontoLifestyle #RomanticizeYourLife #WellnessJourney #PilatesGirl #LifestyleCreator by @tarynnn.ava

10 things I’d tell someone new to their wellness era 🧘🏼‍♀️☕️🎀 As a Pilates instructor and girl who loves romanticizing her life, here’s what I wish more people knew: 1. Walking counts: You don’t need to be dripping in sweat for movement to matter. Grab a coffee, call a friend, get outside. 2. You don’t need to earn your food: Eat the pasta. Have dessert. Your body deserves fuel regardless of how much you move. 3. Consistency beats intensity: Three workouts you love are better than six you dread. 4. Find movement that makes you feel hot: Pilates, lifting, dancing, running. Exercise can be fun AND make you feel powerful. 5. Prioritize sleep: Unfortunately, the boring advice is sometimes the best advice. 6. You don’t need to buy a wellness lifestyle: Skip the expensive supplements and greens powders. Although I will defend a cute workout set. 7. Rest days are productive: Recovery is part of getting stronger. You don’t need to optimize every second of your life. 8. Wellness isn’t just physical: Read books, see your friends, find hobbies, go on adventures. A full life is a healthy life. 9. You’re allowed to be a beginner: Nobody walked into their first Pilates class knowing what a neutral spine was. Ask questions. Take modifications. 10. Healthy doesn’t mean skinny: It means feeling strong, having energy, laughing often, and enjoying the life you’re building. BONUS:Wellness should add to your life, not become another thing you’re stressed about being good at. You can be a Pilates girl, a pasta girl, a 9 PM bedtime girl AND a dancing-until-2-AM girl. Balance, baby. 💌 Save this for your wellness era 🤍 #WellnessEra #PilatesGirl #TorontoWellness HealthyHabits #PilatesLifestyle FitnessForBeginners RomanticizeYourLife by @tarynnn.ava
Consider this your sign to make working out the fun part of your day 💌 Currently romanticizing every little thing, including finding new ways to hang out upside down on a reformer. Life is just a little better when finish up a plank series 🫶🏼 #ReformerPilates #PilatesInstructor #TorontoPilates #PilatesLife by @tarynnn.ava
come handstand with me 🤸🏼‍♀️💌 currently in my era of doing things that make me feel strong, slightly ridiculous, and really freaking happy. some days we find balance, some days we fall over, and some days we just look cute upside down. anyways, this is your sign to practice that skill you’ve been putting off. being a beginner (or getting back into something) is actually kind of fun. 🫶🏼 who else is in their handstand era?? 📍 Toronto | handstand practice, movement, flexibility, strength training & romanticizing an active lifestyle #HandstandPractice #HandstandJourney #MovementGirl #FitnessGirlies #TorontoFitness by @tarynnn.ava
this week’s personality traits: iced coffee, pilates, little treats & saying yes to plans 💌🪩✨ romanticizing the routine because honestly??? life is pretty cute lately. Truly I’m definitely getting busy again but honestly I love it 🫶 #TorontoLifestyle #WeeklyRecap #PilatesGirl #TorontoCreator #RomanticizeYourLife LifestyleDiary WellnessGirl by @tarynnn.ava
Congratulations on believing there’s a better you. 🪩 Not a smaller you. Not a prettier you. Not a version of yourself who never misses a workout, eats perfectly, or has everything figured out. Just a version of you who feels stronger, moves with more confidence, takes up space, and keeps showing up for herself. As a Pilates instructor, I think one of the most beautiful things about movement is watching people realize they’re capable of more than they thought. The shaking, the modifications, the little wins, the days you show up tired, and the moments when something finally clicks. It all counts. You don’t have to hate who you are to be excited about who you’re becoming. Here’s to becoming her, one Pilates class at a time. 🫶 Save this for the days you need a reminder. #PilatesGirl #PilatesJourney #ReformerPilates #WellnessJourney #SelfGrowth PilatesMotivation TorontoPilates MovementIsMedicine by @tarynnn.ava
