You don't wait for the energy in the room to change. You change it.
I've been in plenty of locker rooms where someone needed to step up, set the tone and raise the standard.
That's what leadership is about.
Lead by example. Bring the energy. Make those around you better.

Sometimes leadership means being the person willing to change the energy in the room instead of waiting for someone else to do it. Set the tone, raise the standard, and bring people with you.
