POSTS STORIES REELS
I’m finally telling my story. It is raw, unfiltered, and unforgettable.
Earned is everything behind the scenes: the grit, the resilience, and the truth that shaped my career as a Hockey Hall of Famer, Stanley Cup champion, and Olympic gold medalist. Presales are officially live.
Stay tuned. I’ll be announcing book events in select cities soon. Link in bio. by @thechrispronger
When your journey gets tough—when the weight feels unbearable, the path feels endless, and doubt starts creeping in—remember this: it’s supposed to be hard.   Success isn’t handed out. Growth doesn’t happen in comfort. The best in the world aren’t the best because it was easy—they’re the best because they embraced the hard.   It’s supposed to challenge you. It’s supposed to test you. It’s supposed to make you question if you have what it takes. That’s the point. That’s where the separation happens. That’s where champions are made.   So instead of resisting the struggle, wrap your mind around it. Accept it. Lean into it. Every ounce of discomfort, every setback, every failure—it’s all shaping you, preparing you, building the version of you that can handle what’s ahead.   The path to greatness isn’t supposed to be easy. It’s supposed to be worth it. by @thechrispronger
Every sacrifice. Every failure. Every small win. Every late night grinding while the world sleeps. It all feels insignificant in the moment. The progress seems invisible. The results? Just out of reach. But the work is stacking. The discipline is compounding. The setbacks? They’re building something greater than you can see right now. Because success doesn’t announce itself ahead of time. It doesn’t show up with flashing lights and an invitation. It happens in a moment—suddenly, undeniably. But only to those who put in the years behind the scenes. An overnight success takes 1,000 nights. Keep showing up. Keep stacking the bricks. One day, you’ll wake up inside the life you built. by @thechrispronger
Kucherov. Larkin. Trade rumors. New threads.⁣ ⁣ There's a lot to unpack around the NHL this week. Here's my take on it all.⁣ ⁣ New Net Front is up. Watch now! by @thechrispronger
Everyone needs a Brad McCrimmon.⁣ ⁣ My first mentor, D partner, and roommate. We called him “Beast” for a reason. 😂⁣ ⁣ Brad helped guide me early in my career, on and off the ice. He was a wealth of knowledge and someone I could turn to through some difficult moments.⁣ ⁣ Never underestimate the impact a great mentor can have. Brad's influence is something I still carry with me today.⁣ ⁣ Who helped guide you? by @thechrispronger
Build the version of yourself you need to become.⁣ ⁣ An alter ego has been one of the biggest cheat codes in my life. It starts with three simple steps:⁣ ⁣ 1. Develop your vision.⁣ 2. Find your trigger.⁣ 3. Develop your routine.⁣ ⁣ Then practice. Put yourself in situations that challenge you to bring that version of yourself out.⁣ ⁣ Rinse and repeat. It can change more than your performance. It can change your life. by @thechrispronger
Confidence and humility can coexist.⁣ ⁣ Feedback can be uncomfortable, but it can also be one of your biggest opportunities to grow.⁣ ⁣ Instead of asking, “Why are they criticizing me?” ask, “What am I missing?”⁣ ⁣ Be confident enough to hear it. Be humble enough to use it.⁣ ⁣ Subscribe to The Standard. Link in bio. by @thechrispronger
BATTLE OF ALBERTA. 🔥⁣ ⁣ Oilers vs. Flames tonight on Prime Wednesday Night Hockey.⁣ ⁣ Jayson Lowe is backing Edmonton, but Devin Cooley and the Flames aren't going down without a fight.⁣ ⁣ We both think this one could get WILD on the scoreboard.⁣ ⁣ Who you got tonight? by @thechrispronger
Did the Devils just become Stanley Cup favorites? 👀⁣ ⁣ We're back with Net Front with Prongs, breaking down the Hellebuyck blockbuster and four other major NHL storylines.⁣ ⁣ Let's get into it. 🏒 by @thechrispronger
Adapt or get left behind.⁣ ⁣ If you're not challenging yourself to get better, you're standing still.⁣ ⁣ You're going to fail. You're going to lose. That's part of the process.⁣ ⁣ What matters is what you do next.⁣ ⁣ Learn from it. Adapt. Move forward.⁣ ⁣ That's how you grow. by @thechrispronger

You don't wait for the energy in the room to change. You change it.⁣ ⁣ I've been in plenty of locker rooms where someone needed to step up, set the tone and raise the standard.⁣ ⁣ That's what leadership is about.⁣ ⁣ Lead by example. Bring the energy. Make those around you better. by @thechrispronger
