You can’t have something you never allow yourself to long for. The longing is part of the process.
Hoping for it happens on the road to discovering that you deserve it and are, in fact, capable.
It gives us the high we need to keep our eyes focused on possibility, while our belief catches up.
Even if things don’t play out the way we hoped they would, the process will have increased the baseline of our expectations for ourselves. Setting us up to reach again from higher ground. 💫
