A few things about my Corduroy Maxi Skirt! 🤎
This is my first sewing project after about 8 years, from pattern drafting to sewing—and what a learning curve has it been! Design isn’t just what you see, it’s how something interacts once it’s lived in.

I LOVE curduroy because it doesn’t cling to the body and it has beautiful texture. I usually wear skirts in an A-line because I’m tall like you and it looks better on my body type. I love the brown color you chose and the design details. I like practical pockets but I fear them dragging the skirt down if it isn’t sewn well.
