$160. That’s what I spent to buy lunch for my employees today. 🍕🤬

$140 worth of pizza plus a $20 tip.

Instead of delivering it to our office at 300 G Street, Uber Eats left three pizzas and a salad ON THE GROUND in front of a completely different building at 333 G Street in downtown San Diego.

Then when I tried to get help through the app, I was told I wasn’t getting a refund.

So I called.

“About a one minute wait.”

Twenty minutes later, I’m still sitting there waiting while the lunch I promised my employees is nowhere to be found.

Seriously, Uber Eats?

If a driver delivers $160 worth of food to the wrong address and leaves it sitting on the ground, who should be responsible?
