Spice Coast Marathon 2026.
Not every race is for a PB. This week’s workload, stress and little sleep meant my body wasn’t ready to chase a time. So I ran 42.2 km with a smile, beside my school and college friend Raghesh.
Same classmates. Same road. Same finish line. Only the knees got older. 😅
Life gets busy and years go by, but the right friends are still there at the finish line, and a good friend makes even 42 km feel shorter.
We aren’t professionals. We run to keep our lives in balance. Showing up, enjoying it and finishing healthy is the real win.
Thank you to the Spice Coast Marathon team and @solesofcochin for a brilliantly organised race, with perfect hydration support and the energy of the volunteers and cheering crowd. Here’s to many more miles together!
