Make Every Step Count.

On 10 January 2027, Alleppey will not just host a race. It will run through the heart of Kuttanad, past paddy fields, quiet backwater roads and the morning calm of Kerala’s rice bowl.

For six years, Athletico De Alleppey has filled our beaches with runners at the Alleppey Beach Run. Now we are taking the next step: the Alleppey Marathon, our first full and half marathon, on road, in one of the most beautiful landscapes in the world.

Choose your distance:
🏅 Full Marathon: 42.2 km
🏅 Half Marathon: 21.1 km
🏅 10 km
🏅 5 km Fun Walk/Run

Whether you’re a seasoned marathoner chasing a personal best, a first-timer testing your limits, or a family looking for a morning well spent, there’s a place for you at this start line.

At Athletico De Alleppey we believe Sports is the Real High. Every runner who steps out on January 10 shows our young people a better way to feel alive.

Feel the pulse of Alappuzha. Breathe in the breeze of Kuttanad. Leave your footprints where the backwaters begin.

A key member of our Executive Committee and a true pillar of Athletico de Alleppey, Tom represents everything this club stands for: discipline, grit and heart.

It’s a proud moment for ADA and for Alleppey.

Let’s all send him our strength, support and blessings. Go Tom, show them what Alleppey is made of!

Spice Coast Marathon 2026.
Not every race is for a PB. This week’s workload, stress and little sleep meant my body wasn’t ready to chase a time. So I ran 42.2 km with a smile, beside my school and college friend Raghesh.
Same classmates. Same road. Same finish line. Only the knees got older. 😅
Life gets busy and years go by, but the right friends are still there at the finish line, and a good friend makes even 42 km feel shorter.
We aren’t professionals. We run to keep our lives in balance. Showing up, enjoying it and finishing healthy is the real win.
Thank you to the Spice Coast Marathon team and @solesofcochin for a brilliantly organised race, with perfect hydration support and the energy of the volunteers and cheering crowd. Here’s to many more miles together!

With folded hands and grateful hearts, we performed Ayudha Pooja for our trucks, the tools of our livelihood. We pray for God’s grace to protect every vehicle, every driver, and everyone who shares the road with them.
Above all, we thank God for every blessing He has showered on us. May His grace guide us and our trucks on every road ahead.

Endurance isn’t built in a single hard workout. It’s built one run at a time.

Today’s session: 13.01 km | 1:08:24 | 5:16/km

Not every run needs to be a race. Sometimes, the real progress is in how comfortably you can keep going.

To every runner, cyclist, triathlete, and endurance athlete out there — keep showing up. The work you put in when nobody is watching is what makes the difference on race day.

10+ years later, college mates reunited — not over drinks, not around a table, but on a badminton court. 🏸

Bijeesh came back after all these years and asked, “Shall we meet and play badminton at Alpite?”

And just like that… GAME ON.

We may be 42 now, but friendship doesn’t have to become only old photos, WhatsApp messages and memories.

Call that old friend. Pick a sport you both love. Run together. Ride together. Swim together. Play together.

Because sport doesn’t just keep us fit — it gives old friendships a new life.

Don’t just catch up. Play again.
