For 19 years, I've witnessed your resilience, vulnerability, perseverance and courage to own your mistakes, learn and keep going. I know how difficult sharing your story has been for someone as private as you.
One picture carries a memory close to my heart. 🥹
In 2024, our daughter Ntokozo came home with her school name tag and said, “Mama, you know I don't like it when Daddy is sad.”
She asked to place it between our bathroom mirrors as a reminder to Daddy of Ntokozo — JOY. ❤️
Sometimes our children see the pain we think we've managed to hide.
There were moments when I wondered whether you had the strength to keep going.
Today, after nine months of revisiting memories and finding the courage to tell your story, your book is finally here.
