🔥 THE NEW VTS NON-BYOB IS HERE! LESS WEIGHT, LOWER PRICE, MORE VERSATILITY! 🔥 We took everything people love about our original VTS and created a lighter, more affordable system that’s faster, smoother, and easier to use than ever! 💪 ✅ NO RACK DISASSEMBLY REQUIRED! Unlike our original VTS, there’s no need to take your squat rack apart or slide the trolley over the top of your upright! The new VTS Non-BYOB quickly assembles AROUND your existing upright! ✅ LIGHTER & MORE AFFORDABLE — Significantly lighter and priced much lower than our original VTS! ✅ EVERYTHING INCLUDED — Comes with a barbell featuring integrated hooks AND a pair of independent ISO handles with their own hex adapters and hooks! Everything you need to start training! ✅ PREMIUM BEARING-DRIVEN ISO HANDLES — Use independent handles on the FRONT or BACK of the trolley! The handles rotate incredibly smoothly on bearings, even under heavy loads, delivering a premium training experience! ✅ SWITCH IN SECONDS — Quick-change pressure knobs allow you to swap between the barbell and ISO handles in seconds! No messing with separate hooks or complicated adjustments. Just swap and GO! ✅ BUILT FOR HEAVY TRAINING — Check out these single-arm rows with THREE 45-lb plates loaded on ONE side! 💪 (on select lifts) ✅ REMOVABLE WEIGHT HORNS — Easily swap to different-size standard VTS weight horns to customize your setup! ✅ MULTIPLE ATTACHMENT POINTS — Carabiner connection points around the trolley allow you to use it as a load source for even more exercises and creative setups! ✅ PRE-FIT ROLLER OPTIONS — Choose rollers designed for true 3×3 or 75×75 mm uprights, eliminating the horizontal roller adjustment bolts of our original VTS! ✅ COMPACT & INCREDIBLY VERSATILE — Transform your existing squat rack into a Smith machine, unilateral training system, and so much more without taking up additional floor space! 🔥 LESS MONEY. LESS WEIGHT. NO RACK DISASSEMBLY. MORE INCLUDED. SMOOTHER MOVEMENT. FASTER TRANSITIONS. We designed this to make one of the most versatile rack attachments on the market even more accessible! 🚨 THE VTS NON-BYOB HAS OFFICIALLY

What does fish oil actually do? Fish oil is mostly talked about for heart health, but it does a lot more than just that… From regulating inflammation in the body, to brain health, even to how your body burns fat and builds muscle But it’s not the fish oil that causes all these benefits, it’s the omega-3’s inside of them (EPA + DHA) And here’s where supplements can get SUPER misleading… The clinical dose for most benefits is at least 1-2g+ of combined EPA + DHA per day But 1g of “fish oil” doesn’t mean 1g of EPA + DHA… (why it’s important to check the label) Most standard formulas only contain around 300mg combined EPA + DHA per serving while still having “1-2g” of total fish oil (meaning you’d need 20+ pills just to get enough EPA + DHA to make a difference) I’m not sponsored by any supplement company, and I don’t make any money if you buy them, but here are several brands I like/trust that hit the clinical dose: Legion Athletics Triton — 2.4g/serving
Nordic Naturals Ultimate Omega 2X — 2g/serving
Gorilla Mind Omega-3 Elixir — 2.g/serving NoordCode Algea Omega-3 (vegan option) — 2g/serving (these aren’t the only ones that exist, just the ones I’ve found and trust) RESEARCH: Fish Oil & Depression PMID: 21939614 PMID: 12365878 PMID: 17659823 Fish Oil & Body Composition PMID: 36822153 Fish Oil & Cognition PMID: 36381743  PMID: 30111738 #supplements #supplement #gym #workout #fitness
