FORTY AND FABULOUS! 💖🫶🏼 Today, my person turned the big 4-0. In January, our friendship turns 22! That means more than half my life has been spent being loved on, influenced, and SEEN by this incredible woman. 😭 She does so much for so many people. She’s the anchor you didn’t know you needed, because she’s holding you steady before you knew that’s what to ask for. She gives endlessly. Loves fiercely. Makes the best Orange Crush you’ll ever taste. Always knows the best products / trends to try (and has already mastered them so it takes the guesswork out for you). She SEES me and knows me… every version of me… and loves me anyway. In boxing your legs will carey you and determine the end results !!! You have to be able to train them so they obey YOU when you need them !!!! Do you train them the right way ? Here are 3 factors you need to do !!!! MAX STRENGTH — How much force can you produce?
We train heavy loads to build the athlete’s maximum force capacity. This is the foundation—the size of the engine.

2. RATE OF FORCE DEVELOPMENT — How fast can you access that strength?
Being strong isn’t enough in sport. You need to produce force FAST. Rate of Force Development (RFD) measures how rapidly force rises after you initiate a movement. Research shows that the early phase of explosive force production is heavily influenced by rapid neural activation and motor-unit firing.

3. REACTIVE STRENGTH — How well can you absorb force and immediately redirect it?
Now we take it another step. The athlete has to receive force, control it, and rapidly reverse or redirect it.
