I recently heard this sentence: “Wisdom does not come from counting the years, but from how we live them.”
It stuck with me because it can be applied to life as much as it can be applied to our careers.
I believe that both of them can be true 😉
The years can give you the wisdom, but it depends on how you live them / how you use that time
One of my favourite ways to live them is to focus a bit less on the hard skills…
…and a bit more on working on our confidence, our empathy, and just how to be f*cking good humans 🤷♀️
Which is also why I built a whole school @altmarketingschool that focuses as much on KPIs as it focuses on the human skills
