For Your GRAMMY® Consideration

My Other Side Of The Moon is proud to present ‘So Real’ - written, produced and performed by Phila De Giant, Enoo Napa and Deniz Reno for consideration for Best Dance / Electronic Recording.

‘So Real’ is an original Afro House recording produced by South African artists Phila De Giant and Enoo Napa, featuring original vocals by singer-songwriter Deniz Reno. It was released as the title track of the ‘So Real EP’ on March 27th, 2026 through the Mozambique-based record label My Other Side of the Moon, published by DiPiú Music. The recording reflects the intent to bridge organic African rhythmic influences with modern electronic production, creating a recording that is both emotionally resonant and built for the international dance floor.

“So Real” is a track about healing and love, as lyrically told through the lens of Deniz Reno’s poetic verses. At its heart, the song explores the experience of finding something genuine after moving through trauma and emotional uncertainty, the feeling of recognizing a connection that is honest, grounding, and deeply felt. Rather than portraying love simply as romance, the song presents it as a force that can help us reconnect with ourselves, soften old wounds, and open ourselves to vulnerability again.

Musically, the production mirrors this emotional journey. Enoo Napa and Phila De Giant’s Afro House foundation combines organic rhythmic elements with expansive electronic textures, creating a sense of movement and release.
