Amazing day here in Ohio for cross country racing! These kids have been training so hard and today was the payoff! Both @connorsammons10 and @emilysammons11 ran their fastest times yet and so many on all the teams PR’d today. Congrats to ALL these runners! We love cheering you on!

I definitely dropped a few thug tears. Had to dry them up when I spotted @melaniefiona and her mom. 🥹 @angeliquekidjo was singing every word too. This song is spiritual. Thank you, Stevie, for the greatest song ever written!

Life is always changing, and that’s what makes it beautiful. Don’t hold on to what wants to leave, and don’t be afraid of what is coming. Some things are meant to stay, others are meant to teach us something and become beautiful memories. Just trust life, keep smiling and let everything happen naturally. Sometimes happiness comes when we least expect it. 📸 A beautiful moment captured by Jan @jan_de_vries_photography. Thank you! 🤍
