The striker was already picking a celebration. 🧱

A clean smother at the striker’s feet is ridiculously satisfying, especially when the keeper comes off the line and stays down on the ball.

Send this to the teammate who celebrates a save like a hat-trick.

Being fit after 30 is definitely the flex you think it is 💪🏾.

Happy Birthday my dear Dodo. ❤️❤️
He turns 5 today! My jaan my life saviour. What a beautiful soul. Not to mention delightfully silly. 🤗🤗🥰🥰 #doughydodo

Today, the Prisma James Foundation visited RIMS Buea, speaking with students in preparation for our upcoming breast cancer sensitization on October 16th. We sincerely thank the school authorities for their warm reception and support, making it possible for my team and me to connect with these amazing students. ❤️ It was truly an honor connecting with them, as students hold a special place in my heart because I once sat where they sit today. It brings me so much joy to be a source of inspiration and encouragement to these young minds. I encourage every young dreamer never to give up on their dreams, so they too can become an inspiration to the next generation. 💚✨

Today marks FIVE YEARS sober!

To paraphrase Courtney Act, “Daddy Stephan did crystal meth, so you don’t have to.” Consider my experience all the research you need to avoid doing it yourself.

My meth use started at 18 and continued on and off for the next 16 years. Tina had a way of resurfacing whenever I got too confident or let my guard down. Different approaches to recovery, including safer use and targeted abstinence, helped along the way until I found a path to sustainable stability.

Today, staying sober means going to therapy, attending CMA meetings, and working with a sponsor. I’m an active participant in both my recovery and my community.

Sobriety has given me the stability to weather difficult times and achieve lifelong goals. I’m married to a man I adore, I’m a loving dog dad, and I finally landed my dream job as an attorney for an entertainment company, a goal I’ve pursued since graduating law school in 2017.

If you’re struggling with substance use, you don’t have to do it alone. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to recovery, and there are many paths to finding what works for you. 💙
