I feel the weight of the world on my shoulders
As I’m gettin’ older y’all people gets colder
Most of us only care about money makin’
Selfishness got us followin’ the wrong direction
Wrong information always shown by the media
Negative images is the main criteria
Infecting the young minds faster than bacteria
Kids wanna act like what they see in the cinemas.

What happened to the love and the values of humanity?

What happened to the love and the fairness and equality?

Instead of spreading love we're spreading animosity

Lack of understanding leading us away from unity‼️

Now ask yourself,
Where is the Love?

Most people would never think to connect a painful, stiff shoulder with their blood sugar, thyroid, or even menopause. But those are three connections worth knowing about.

I’m talking about frozen shoulder, a condition that can make something as simple as putting on a jacket or reaching behind your back surprisingly difficult.

And if you’re over 40, here’s what I want you to understand.

1. Diabetes. People with diabetes are significantly more likely to develop frozen shoulder. Elevated blood sugar may contribute to changes in the connective tissue surrounding the joint.

2. Thyroid disease. Both hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism have been associated with frozen shoulder. It’s a connection that often surprises people.

3. Menopause. Frozen shoulder is particularly common in women between 40 and 60. Researchers are looking into whether declining estrogen plays a role, although that connection hasn’t been proven.

Frozen shoulder is more than ordinary shoulder soreness. The tissue surrounding the joint becomes inflamed and thickened, gradually restricting movement. The pain can be especially troublesome at night, and recovery sometimes takes months or longer.

The good news is that treatments are available to help relieve pain and restore movement.

After 30 years in internal medicine, one thing I want you to take away from this is that persistent symptoms shouldn’t automatically be dismissed as part of aging.

👉 I’ve put together a free physician’s guide explaining the early warning signs of frozen shoulder, who’s most at risk, what actually helps, what to avoid, and when to see your doctor.

💬 Comment SHOULDER and I’ll send it to you.

📌 Save this for future reference, and share it with someone who may find it helpful.
