Five days. Three Local Government Areas. Over 160 women equipped with a skill that can turn waste into opportunity. ♻️💚
Through our training in Bauchi State, women across three LGAs were trained on how to collect, process and transform discarded nylons into useful products.
Beyond learning a new skill, the training creates an opportunity for women to participate in the circular economy, reduce plastic waste in their communities, and build alternative sources of income from materials that would otherwise be thrown away.
Here’s to more skills, more livelihoods, and more women leading the change towards a more sustainable future. 🌱
