Driving sustainable material use & strengthening waste management systems

POSTS STORIES REELS

Five days. Three Local Government Areas. Over 160 women equipped with a skill that can turn waste into opportunity. ♻️💚
Through our training in Bauchi State, women across three LGAs were trained on how to collect, process and transform discarded nylons into useful products.
Beyond learning a new skill, the training creates an opportunity for women to participate in the circular economy, reduce plastic waste in their communities, and build alternative sources of income from materials that would otherwise be thrown away.
Here’s to more skills, more livelihoods, and more women leading the change towards a more sustainable future. 🌱

A book can be a small gift, but to a child, it can open a whole new world. 💚
Through our Book Bridge program, 100+ books were delivered to @betharbelfoundation (Betharbel Free Inclusive Academy), a school with 500+ students.
These books are more than pages and words. They represent opportunities to learn, imagine, and discover something new.
To everyone who donated and supported this initiative, thank you for helping us put books into the hands of children who deserve every opportunity to learn and dream. 🌉📖
Here’s to building more bridges, one book at a time. #BookBridge #ThankYou #IDPCamps #EducationMatters #CommunityImpact by @ecobarterfoundation

Now that the Nursery and Primary School session has ended, our Book Bridge Project is here again.
The Book Bridge project encourages parents and guardians to donate neatly used school supplies, especially school workbooks, story books, bags, shoes, and writing materials through our drop-off stations or doorstep pickup schemes.
Instead of trashing these supplies, we donate them to internally displaced and other underserved children in Abuja to bridge their learning.

This is your chance to make an impact in the life of a child, your chance to be a part of the solution.

Donations start from Wednesday 22nd July, to 5th September 2026. Available in areas we currently serve in Abuja & Lagos only

To celebrate women's month, we organised a relaxed day where women from our different clusters and initiatives came together to share their stories and life lessons. The day was so amazing and so humbling. We shared deeply personal stories on the wins and challenges of being a woman in business, the impact of working with @wrep_ecobarter and strategies to keep growing by @ecobarterfoundation

As our community of eco-champions continues to grow, we are more excited to share the reactions, expressions, motivations, wins and challenges behind building Africa's most innovative circular economy platform.
