Grateful to have participated in the 3rd FES Dialogue Forum on "The Future of Work" held at FES Makuti Venue, as an alumna of the 2022 cohort.
It was amazing to return to the FES space not just as a participant, but as an alumna continuing the journey. We had insightful discussions on youth employment challenges and pathways, focusing on skills development, entrepreneurship, and the youth agenda for Tanzania.
The panel and group work reminded me how far I have come since 2022, and how much more we still need to do to prepare young people for the future of work. The future is already here and youth must be at the center of shaping it.
Thank you to @festanzania for keeping the alumni community engaged and for creating this important platform for dialogue.
