I’ve been guilty of speaking to myself unkindly for many years when I didn’t know better. I didn’t deserve it. For all the years I was unkind to myself, I get to live the rest of my life being the kind of friend I deserve. I nourish myself with loving words, loving thoughts, loving beliefs, and loving feelings. I am my best friend.
