FORMATION

I’m learning to let a challenge search me before I let it speak through me.
To hold my tongue long enough to ask if there’s truth in what I’m hearing. To feel anger without handing it the sword. To receive correction with the same courage I ask God to give me.
I want to be good. Holy. Righteous. And that desire has to reach the parts of me that still resist being changed.
God, keep forming me. Especially where I’m hardest to reach.
Still seeking. Still being shaped.
