Geoffrey Speyrer

Not every war is visible. Not every scar is visible from fighting battles others have never seen you fight. Some ppl are quiet… suffering in silence.

Don’t forget to be kind to those around you. Kindness is a choice. Kindness is also free.

I challenge you to do 1 random act of selfless service today. Put an extra cart up at the grocery store, hold the door open just a little bit longer, tell someone you like their shoes or something.

Be the source of waves of positive energy.
