When ppl say… you should let go of your darkness, your dark side, the “demons”…

I’ve worked really hard at getting thoughts and past lives(eras) under control. You’re always going to be battling something. That’s just life.

The truth is I never and will never be rid of what I’m capable of on the dark side of life. Where the real power comes is being able to know when and when not to use it.

Innocent people are not the target. Protect them. Be an example of what strength you have developed.

Harness the darkness for the times and days when you can use it to protect others. If you are just flexing darkness on others you’re not in control. You’re submitting to its effects on you.

Emotional intelligence and control is a super power. Not letting everything knock you off course. I’ve been guilty of not having the most emotional or self control and getting angry at the wrong moments. Getting angry and not delivering the message I want to deliver in peace and grace.

Being angry and letting others see that side of you isn’t winning. You’re feelings and emotions do matter. They are important but learning how to communicate and keep them under control is the real flex.

That’s something I work on every day. For the times they get the best of me I try to make amends and apologize and do better.

We are all human… we all have a breaking point to where we can’t keep taking licks and reach our capacity and bandwidth for what we can tolerate. What does not need to be done is bleed that onto others.

“A message to myself”

Do NOT be afraid.

The fear of failure robs a lot of ppl of their dreams.

Don’t give up so fast.

The time will come for you to get your licks in.

Sometimes the “plateau” is where a lot of ppl give up. Never finding out their true potential. What could you become if you push through? Who would you become? How many lives would you impact?

Fear can hold us back… but it also surges adrenaline, activates survival instincts, sometimes fear is exactly what you need to push through. Fear can often keep you alive.

When things get scary and become uncertain. Stand your ground. Stay true to the course or course correct when necessary.
