cheesecake-inspired yogurt cake 🍰🍓
told myself I was just testing a recipe, now I can’t stop eating it. creamy inside, burnt top, berries on top made with @drizzl.laban
it’s light but tastes like a proper cheesecake, and the best part? no cream cheese needed
save this for when you want something sweet but not too sweet

Recipe:
500g @drizzl.laban strained yogurt
4 eggs
1/3 cup sugar
3 tbsp cornstarch
vanilla
Whisk, pour, bake 170 degrees C for 40-45mins till golden on top. Chill. Top with berries.
