The Sobremesa website is now live.
More than a home for the project, it is a living archive of what Sobremesa is producing, asking and encountering as it unfolds.
Here you’ll find research emerging from our residencies and meta-research, writings from artists, researchers and members of the consortium, documentation of public programmes, and the people and places shaping the project across Europe.
Sobremesa looks at food not simply as something we consume, but as a tool, a form of knowledge and a site through which questions of migration, belonging, identity and gastronationalism can be explored.
The archive will continue to grow as the project does. Explore sobremesaproject.com
