When the girls trip makes it out of the group chat ☝🏻🤩🙌🏻 Our annual adventure took us to the beautiful @octant.hotels on the Eastern Algarve last weekend. Octant Praia Verde is a stunning retreat where we found the perfect and much needed mix of luxury, ocean, forest, delicious food and the best setting for very long lunches and endless girl chats in the sunshine. It was soul food and we all retuned home reset, refreshed and renewed. Thank you to my girls @saucenicky @serenazcole @sazzlep74 @islandwishingcountryliving for filling my cup and all the laughs🙏🏻 @thesaucecollective__ @octant.hotels @octant.praiaverde PR discount

Building a business is just about getting better at swimming. You keep getting hit by wave after wave, but you have no option but to keep swimming. Because the option if not is drown. So here’s the thing…. The women you see thriving…. They didn’t get there because it was easier. They just kept swimming and became really really really good swimmers. And eventually it feels easier. It feels like you’re ready to do laps (or so I hear 😬 not there yet lolll) but I can feel myself getting better at riding the wave without getting pummelled by it like I used to. And that for me is enough to keep going and know it’s getting there. I’m getting stronger. And in the very least, I’ll come out one heck of a swimming. ps 🫶 I just have to say thank you to this community and you women for all of your love. As we’ve been sharing about getting up to New York to keep #makingmindfull and move things forward, I’m so grateful for all of the outpouring love and support and encouragement and the way you’ve been cheering me on. You have no idea how much that means and I’m so grateful for you. This #community is everything and I don’t know how #femalefounders do it without that, so thank you!
