The Golden Jubilee Trust has supported FoodCloud’s Hub and Host project since its pilot phase in 2025, helping us bring good surplus food to more rural communities.
What began as a pilot now spans three rural host locations in Kerry, Donegal and Kilkenny, tackling food waste and food insecurity together.
To date, Hub and Host has redistributed 116 tonnes of surplus food, equivalent to over 275,000 meals.
Behind that progress is the support of funders like the Golden Jubilee Trust. As one of the project’s earliest supporters, the Trust has helped us develop this approach and extend the reach of food redistribution in rural Ireland.
Thank you to the Golden Jubilee Trust for its generous support and for backing Hub and Host from the beginning. Together, we’re working towards a future where no good food goes to waste.
