Elysian Pickups

I was supposed to post this Monday, but got too busy 😂

Finished up this set for @jazzalmenas this weekend, we've been friends for at least 25 years now. Love making pickups for my friends 🙂

This set features our Trident II wind, ceramic bridge, A5 neck, and I built a Tuned Aperture mini hum with A5 poles for the middle position. The DCR on that middle single coil is north of 18k, even higher than the two full sized humbuckers, but this is on purpose since the single coil sized humbucker is so much narrower. The extra DCR should take some of the high end away while keeping the output similar to the full sized humbucker.

Black bobbins and nickel hex poles round out the set, a modern classic combo.
