POV: you ordered for 2 and somehow ended up with a whole table full of food 😂🥟

We got the pan-fried dumplings, mini wontons, pork belly noodles, Shanghai-style appetizers, clay pot soup and of course… dessert!

The dumplings had that crispy bottom + juicy filling, and the sponge cake was 👌🏻 not too sweet!

I came back to Paris for Halloween and somehow ended up wearing black wings in a room where everyone else was wearing masks. I have to admit for part of this party I was terrified. A French theatre company had taken over the place for the night. There were candles everywhere, red curtains, champagne, people dancing in corners, and several things happening that I decided were probably better without an explanation. At some point the evening became less Halloween party and more secret society with a very good DJ. I went as a V.S. Angel. Perhaps not the sort they had in mind. There are parts of the night I remember perfectly. There are others I have only photographs of. And there are a few photographs I looked at this morning and thought, when exactly did that happen?
