September was beautiful! ✨

A little recap of this month:

1. A new batch of yoga students 🧘🏽‍♀️ and teaching them keeps making me so happy.
2. I finished a 12-week Ashtanga journey… and honestly, I still can’t believe it!
3. So many workshops taught in different schools around Panama.
4. My very first ashram and I got in contact, and we had such a beautiful conversation about yoga and some new things coming soon. 🤍

This month I’ve felt excited, loved, and deeply connected to what I’m building.

But I’ve also felt fear. Fear that things wouldn’t go the way I expected. A little fear of failing. Of not knowing what comes next.

And guess what?

We keep going anyway.

Because even when things don’t happen exactly as planned, life keeps unfolding and somehow, things keep becoming more beautiful.

I love these monthly recaps because they remind me of how much can happen in just 30 days… and of everything I’ve become along the way.

Here’s to trusting the process a little more
