With so much going on, Ras Stanford, LSW of @deepspacemind215 and myself wanted to provide some support spaces for clinicians, helpers, and other care workers.
If you’re in the Philadelphia area, we’re hosting a “Care worker Refueling Circle” TOMORROW 10/7 at 5:30pm EST. This is a space where care workers refuel themselves through building connections, sharing burdens, and building skills toward resilience and readiness. This is an in-person event and refreshments will be provided.
And if you’re not in the Philly area, we’re providing a VIRTUAL space called “Get it All Out” where helpers, clinicians and care workers can vent, share resources, and build community. This will be Wed. Oct 14th at 7:30pm EST/4:30pm PST.
You can reserve your spot for one or both of these events using the linktree in my bio.
