Another Proformance session tonight with Ralphie through his Sunderland PDP ⚽️💪

He absolutely loves his Mondays and Tuesdays! ❤️ He’s having so much fun while learning and developing all the skills he needs to become a real all-round footballer.

Tonight was all about strength and conditioning, working on becoming stronger, more explosive and powerful both on and off the ball. 💪⚡️

And of course, having his little football mate Jude there makes it even better! 🥰 These two are just too cute together — they literally laugh their way through the whole session 😂⚽️

We love seeing Ralphie enjoying his football, learning new things and growing in confidence every week. Keep working hard, little man! ❤️⚽️

Hi, Sawyer & Antonio here! 👋🏼🤍 We’ve got some new faces around here, so we thought it was time for a little reintroduction and a big THANK YOU for following along on our crazy, fun, love-filled adventure! Our story started back in 2023 when we met online, and we’ve pretty much been talking ever since. A little over a year ago, we started spending more time together, and well.. now we’re basically inseparable. We still live in different cities, which means lots of flights, packed bags, airport hugs, and some pretty hard goodbyes. But we rarely go more than a few days apart, and almost every weekend is another adventure together. Is it always easy? Nope. Is it worth every single mile? A MILLION TIMES YES. Doing life with Tony has been one of the greatest joys of my life. If you know him, you love him. He has the biggest heart and somehow manages to keep up with all my crazy ideas, spontaneous plans, and never-ending adventures. He’s my biggest supporter, my favorite travel buddy, and makes even the ordinary days worth remembering. Life is just a whole lot more fun with him in it. And to all of YOU.. thank you! What started as us sharing little pieces of our lives has turned into this sweet corner of the internet filled with so much kindness, encouragement, and love. The world can feel pretty negative sometimes, but you’ve reminded us just how many genuinely GOOD people are out there. We feel it, and we never take it for granted. Around here, we don’t really have rules for posting. 😂 Consider this our very public, slightly chaotic scrapbook of life. You can usually find us somewhere between the lake in Oregon, the mountains of Utah, the sunshine in California, or the streets of New York. Always on the move, usually with a suitcase half-packed, and finding our next adventure. Expect travels, projects, celebrations, everyday moments, and probably way too many pictures of each other. If that’s not your thing, no hard feelings.. keep on scrolling! But if you’re sticking around, we promise to always find a reason to celebrate and have a good time. 🫶🏼
This has been weighing on me for the past couple of years, and this morning I saw something that compelled me to share some thoughts. Today I woke up to watch disc golf, and I immediately noticed that there was some work being done on the historic slave quarters at Ivy Hill. A little over two years ago, I was playing the 2024 Disc Golf World Championships and I noticed that on one of the courses holes 5 and 6 featured an unmarked slave quarters. The dwelling was recorded through census as a slave quarters as early as 1850. After meeting with historians, the plan was to adjust those holes and to document and preserve the building and its valuable history. Several contact attempts were made, but all course contacts (including one dg course designer) would not respond. To this day, holes 5 and 6 are still placed alongside the quarters at some of the biggest events disc golf has to offer. The reason this bothers me so much is because our sport had an opportunity to take a moment, have some conversations, and treat this sensitive situation and the dwelling itself with the respect it deserves. I love disc golf. I love the sense of community that it gives me, and I would love to see people all around the world finding the same joy that it brings me. I want to see a competitive scene where careers can not only sprout, but flourish. I truly believe that these hopes are not mine alone, and I know in my heart that they are more than possible. I also believe that with the support of community this sport can absolutely blossom. This is all to say, as a community we need to be able to listen to issues that arise, and have those conversations in order to implement changes at the root. Changes that we have the power to make if we come together as players, fans and sponsors. Disc golf is global and as a sport is reaching the “big screen”. What I’m asking is can we come together as a whole in order to make the sport better for future generations?
