There is a saying “it ain’t over till it is over.” In my case, it is definitely over. I am ready to see my maker.

Here are the stats:

Years since my first flight lesson: 50
Years since my first solo: 49
Years since I have my CFI: 47
Years flying for United: 38
Total Flight Hours: 30,000+

I have been showered by love on my last flight (from colleagues ) that it justifies 20 or more posts since IG only allows 20 photos per post. The photos are meant mainly for family and friends. I don’t mean to bore you.

Just 10 weeks…  That’s all we have until you’re slipping into that GORGEOUS little black dress to celebrate Christmas with your nearest & dearest.  And you’re f*cking adamant! You feel it in your BONES. This year will not be the same as the last.   You refuse to go into 2027 hiding your stomach in photos & wearing clothes to cover and hide.  You’re ready & fired up to lose a minimum of 10lbs in the next 10 weeks, so you can not feel like the biggest snack of the Christmas menu 😉  You also prove to yourself you are the woman who DOES. Who makes change. Who doesn’t wait until the new year.   So where do we start?

📣 Well first, comment BLUEPRINT below for my practical strategy to lose 10lbs in 10 weeks.  While it’s on its way to you, there’s something you need to know.   The strategy to losing 10lbs+ before Christmas isn’t actually as hard as you think.  But what makes it IMPOSSIBLE, is skipping these 3 mindset hacks before you get started.   1. Make faster decisions  You’ve been wanting to lose 10lbs+ this entire year. Nothing’s going to change about that apart from how quickly you make the decision to start.   Stop waiting for another week. Until half-term is over. Until January. Move.   2. Drop the perfectionist mindset   Drop that “I’ll wait until I can give 100%” sh*t. Understand this – your 100% looks different every day, week, month. If you’re waiting for one specific type of 100% (when you have a clear diary, more motivated, not injured, have less stress), guess what’s going to happen when that type of 100% shifts again?  You’ll re-gain the weight.  3. Don’t ACTUALLY make the goal: “lose 10lbs in 10 weeks”.

Make the goal: build the knowledge, lifestyle, and an identity where being overweight becomes IMPOSSIBLE.   If you just needed a calorie target and a workout plan, you would have lost the weight and kept it off already by now.   And you know I’m right 😏  Your mindset shapes your success.  Ready to achieve lifelong fat loss, so that you not only lose the weight, you lose the struggle and free your mind?
