A Holy Fire® Reiki session with me isn’t mysterious and it isn’t something you have to “do right.” You come as you are. We start by setting an intention. You lie down and relax in comfy clothing in a quiet space, and you choose: hands-on with a light touch, or hands-off energetics. For the rest of our time together your only job is to rest and receive.

I combine Reiki and chakra balancing in every session I give, with crystals or without, whichever you prefer. This includes an energetic cleanse. Some people feel warmth, some feel tingling, some simply feel still. Many people describe feeling calm, lighter and deeply rested afterward. Whatever you notice is welcome. 💛

I offer sessions in person here in Miami, and distance sessions on Zoom if you’re anywhere else in the world.
