I FINALLY completed this certification.

And for the record — this is NOT a “took some classes, got a certificate” situation. This is a FULL YEAR of lectures, modalities from ancient wisdom to somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems, aspecting, purge and witness, hours of vagus nerve and neuroscience study, and hours upon hours of practicums with peers and real outside clients.

But the real work? Going to the DEPTHS of my own old programming and stories. Sitting in my own shit until it moved. Finding the parts of me that were running the show and giving them a place to rest.

Good GAWD. 😅

So if there’s anyone who knows how to process some shit and regulate the system — it’s me. 😁

Proud of this one.

President Donald Trump is scheduled to visit Michigan this Sunday, October 25, for a campaign rally in Port Huron, just nine days before the November 3 midterm elections.

The rally will take place at McMorran Place Arena in downtown Port Huron, located in St. Clair County. Doors are scheduled to open at 11:30 a.m., with Trump expected to deliver remarks beginning at 3 p.m.

The president is visiting Michigan to support Republican candidates as the party works to gain support ahead of the upcoming elections.

Port Huron officials say the event will mark the first presidential visit in the city’s and St. Clair County’s history.

Michigan remains a major focus for both political parties heading into November. Trump won the state in both the 2016 and 2024 presidential elections.

The president’s visit comes just days after Vice President JD Vance held a campaign rally in Monroe on October 15.
