This is so true and such a healthy perspective to have. And yes, I saw it, you did a damn good job taking care of your dad. 💯 And you're doing a damn good job with everything you still have to manage for your mom, too. 🙌❤️

Random thoughts about bears in no particular order:

-I learned two facts about bears this year that absolutely blew my mind, the first being that there are only 8 species of bear?? If I had guessed before learning this tidbit I would have said like 40. Mind blown. The second is that when bears hibernate, they don’t just sleep all winter???? They just get super low energy and doze a lot but do walk around and even leave their dens occasionally??? (very much my approach to the winter too #bless)

-I get that bears are dangerous and should be avoided but I have a really hard time dropping the teddy bear association and whenever I see a bear, my first instinct is to follow it. Like why make them so cuddly looking if they’re so dangerous???
