Chef Shaunt Mesrkhani and his team of master practitioners will take center stage for a live carving of a 220-pound Bluefin tuna (yes, twice the size of last event’s tuna). This ceremony is known as the ‘Maguro Kaitai’ show, a 1,300-year-old Japanese tradition.
