Wonderful kickoff off of Global Stage Hollywood Film Festival at Chinese Theatres with opening night premiere of “90 Meters,” a touching film about family and sacrifice. Excellent cast, story, and Japaneses cultural depth. Insightful Q&A with actors Miho Kanno and Nanase Nishino, along with producer Tamako Tsujimoto.

Always great to catchup with Navid Negahban (Aladdin, Homeland, 12 Strong) and hear about his latest projects and look forward to seeing his short ”The Apple Tree”!

Fun reception at the Japan House Los Angeles - a place for new discoveries, offering experiences that showcase the best of Japan through its spaces and diverse programs.
