If you’re wondering why there’s suddenly loads of writing underneath my posts it’s because Instagram has started flagging stuff as unoriginal and apparently longer captions help. Had a couple of posts get flagged the other day and ended up having to delete them. It’s why loads of accounts are putting massive AI paragraphs under everything now. I’d rather just write something myself so that’s what we’re doing. Cheers Instagram.

Could @daverothenbergespn be a long snapper in the NFL? We’ll let you be the judge ….

I can’t stop thinking about Vice City and GTA 6. Thank You for allowing me to be there from anywhere in the world @rockstargames 🏝️ I got a bad case of Fomo right now 🤒

HIPS DON’T LIE x SATISFACTION… this mix hits different! 🔥🎧

Steven Seagal, the star of Under Siege and Above the Law, sings and plays lead guitar on his 2004 debut album. “Girl It’s Alright” is the opening track.

The album is Songs from the Crystal Cave. Seagal wrote this song with Nashville songwriter Greg Barnhill, a co-writer of Trisha Yearwood’s “Walkaway Joe” and Amy Grant and Vince Gill’s “House of Love.”

The record moves between soft rock, blues and reggae. Stevie Wonder plays harmonica on another track, “My God,” and dancehall artist Lady Saw appears on “Strut.”

The music video for “Girl It’s Alright” was shot in Thailand.

Seagal followed the album in 2006 with Mojo Priest, a blues record.
