Really grateful to be part of a conversation that feels so close to my heart — the fourth trimester, maternal mental health, and how much a mother needs her village postpartum. 🤍

When I became a mother ten years ago, so many of these conversations were still taboo. Talking about what motherhood actually felt like, the struggles, the mental health challenges were rarely talked about.

Somewhere along my own journey, my purpose became to talk about the lesser-talked-about parts of motherhood and help break the silence around maternal mental health.

So being part of something that creates space for these conversations genuinely means a lot to me.

Loved meeting and chatting with @gauaharkhan, @tanejamainhoon and @debinabon. And the icing on the cake was finally meeting @ririitrivedi. After years of knowing each other on the internet and planning to meet, we finally met on set! 🥹❤️
