Today, we observe National Latina Equal Pay Day. Since this campaign was launched more than 10 years ago, millions of people have moved to action to sound the alarm and call for change.
As a part of the campaign, we honor individuals who embody this year’s campaign theme, “Power.Pay.Progress.” These individuals have demonstrated the progress that Latinas are making through their leadership, whether it be by supporting entrepreneurs, improving workplace culture, holding political office or earning her seat in the nation’s highest court. Latinas are rising and lifting up others in the process. We are grateful for their leadership and commitment.
