Four-year-old Libby is a real social butterfly. She loves meeting people, making new friends and getting involved in activities, but living with complex disabilities can make family outings more challenging.

Libby receives care and support at The Nook, where she has the chance to be herself, enjoy specialist activities, make new friends and have fun in an inclusive environment designed to meet her needs.

Libby's family also receives support through our Help at Home service, where a volunteer visits their home to help with practical tasks such as cleaning, tidying, ironing and gardening. This extra support gives the family more time to focus on what matters most: spending precious time together.
