Every hike, every long day, I find myself reaching for one of these.

I thought I’d share a little more about what’s actually inside the Deep Relief Patch, because there’s quite a lot of thought behind something so small.

It’s made with two layers.

The first is our Microcone® layer. The tiny cones are made from hyaluronic acid and contain magnesium, curcumin and capsicum. They dissolve gradually within around four hours of application, delivering the ingredients where the patch is placed.

Then there’s the adhesive layer, which is infused with wintergreen, frankincense, arnica and eucalyptus, carefully selected for their soothing properties.

We also ran a clinical study, and 99% of participants reported that the patch gave them relief where they applied it.

I designed this patch to be something you can simply put on and get on with your day — whether that’s heading out for a hike, travelling, training, or just when your muscles need a little extra care.

It’s become one of those things I rarely leave the house without.
