Blending my love for floor play with self exploration and education to support your self agency, drawing from my own experiences of coming out of dissociative freeze or fawn states and into reclaiming feeling, sensing, loving, and living, in my own physical body post addiction recovery and sxual violence.

PRIVACY & VISIBILITY:
• camera ON for movement component, OFF during mapping
• I’ll be on camera demonstrating using diagrams and props for this session
• The sessions will be recorded for your continued practice, all paid participants will receive the recording
• You don’t need to use your real name but I do need to verify you’re a real person.
• You don’t need to speak if you prefer watching and participating in practice just for yourself.
READINESS & SAFETY:
• your sovereign choice precedes all - you’re welcome to participate in any level you choose (just watching to learn, touching over clothing, staying external, up to you)
• 1:1 support from me is available should big emotions come up
• suitable for women with pelvic pain, vaginismus, endometriosis, vulvodynia, etc. encouraged to let your pelvic PT know
• not a replacement for medical attention or therapy, this is a supportive hands on self practice to support your relationship to your sexual body
