Onion and garlic couscous with saucy chicken fillet 🍽️

Side dishes :
Shredded betroot and homemade tzatziki

Spices used on chicken fillets :
@robertsonsspice Portuguese chicken spice,dried herbs,cayenne pepper,salt and pepper.

Sauces:
@nandosrsa medium

Tzatziki
Half a cucumber grated ( squeeze out all the juice) 3tbs of plain yoghurt. Lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix and refrigerate.

A friend sent me a link to this show which I made with lovely Roger Greenwood at Yorkshire TV in Leeds and it was a local show for “young people” all about music and dance. Omg you can see where Victoria Wood got some ideas for her scripts !!! Knackers!!! A more innocent time

We made Countdown up in YTV from the first show on @channel4 in 1982 to 2008, nearly 5,000 beloved shows across 26 years. And I’m so proud and privileged to have worked on them with our Richard Whiteley.

YTV was a total privilege to work in, it had such a strong soul and the bar was always full of stars and crew (TV was from the working class back then so everyone knew everyone)

YTV was like a sister TV station to the mighty Granada across the Pennines in Manchester so I used to work there too , on the first series of This Morning and all that from Liverpool.

YTV trained me up as a TV researcher Inc on Arthur C Clarke’s show and then as a producer (while appearing on Countdown) on local and education and computer shows!

10 years after this I had my own TV production company with about 30+ staff making education shows for @channel4 and times tables and GCSE and national curriculum VHS videos which were sold in Woolworths and WH Smith!!! As well as being a presenter elsewhere

Heady days and happy days and I count my blessings that YTV was my TV home for so long ❤️❤️❤️

Mike Sonko has promised to help Nihan get justice after her boyfriend, Trevor Gichuru, popularly known as Flossin, was accused of physically assaulting her. Sonko described the alleged attack as attempted murder and said he would involve the DCI and the Judiciary to ensure action is taken against Flossin.
