Changing your mind in business
I change my mind all the time.
Not about where I’m going.
About how I’m going to get there.
You build something. Test it. Realise part of it is shit. Change it. Learn something. Go again.
That’s not failure.
That’s building.
The dangerous bit isn’t changing your mind.
It’s being so attached to your original idea that you refuse to.
