The consequences of doing nothing are often far worse than the discomfort of taking action.

You’ve spent the last 1, 2, 5, maybe even 10 years trying to lose weight, get stronger, feel better and get your confidence back.

You’ve tried doing it yourself. You’ve tried quick fixes and partial solutions.

But what happens if nothing changes?

What are the consequences in 6 months, 1 year, 5 years or even 10 years?

How many more times will you look in the mirror and hate what you see?

How many more clothes will sit in your wardrobe because you don’t feel comfortable wearing them?

How many more holiday photos will you want to delete?
How many more social events will you spend feeling uncomfortable in your own skin?
And what about your future?

A weaker body. Less muscle. Less strength. Less independence. Potentially fewer years of good health.
And what about the people around you who look up to you as a role model?

How much longer are you prepared to accept feeling this way?
Because the consequences of doing nothing don’t suddenly appear in 10 years.

You’re already living with some of them today.
And the longer you leave it, the harder things can become.

You might feel comfortable putting things off right now.
But one day you’ll wish you’d started when you first realised something needed to change.

As the pic says, the dildo of consequences never arrives lubed. 😂
