Early Monday morning, our roastery location was affected by a firebombing incident to a neighbouring business. The fire spread into our roastery, and also into the newly opened @andbodega, causing significant damage to our equipment and site generally. The properties were then burgled the following day. Thankfully, no one was on site at the time. We’re absolutely devastated by this loss, and we’re in the process of relocating our roasting operations. A huge thank you to Angus at @blume_coffee for helping us out with roasting and a space temporarily! In terms of support, at the moment the best thing you can do is to keep coming into our cafes and buying coffee and beans as you always do. Our coffee offering will be a little paired back for the next couple of weeks while we find our feet and relocate our roasting operations, so please be patient. Also, make sure to follow @andbodega too, to support them and follow their next move. We’ll be back roasting in our own space soon ❀️ Thomas + Jordan Standing Room Coffee

TNHT Staff: @hausofaaron __________________ Neighbors, in new court documents, Halle is pushing back against Olivier Martinez’s claims about an alleged physical altercation between her and their 13-year-old son, Maceo. __________________ Olivier claimed Maceo took a photo of Halle to prove β€œsomething happened.” However, Halle argues the picture shows her standing calmly with her hands in her pockets, several feet away from their son. She also says there is no photo showing bruises, redness or other injuries to support Olivier’s claim that Maceo told him she strangled him. __________________ Halle is also defending her boyfriend, Van Hunt, after Olivier allegedly used his statement about not noticing marks on Maceo to suggest he had examined the boy for injuries. Halle says Van simply stated that he did not see any marks. __________________ She also alleges that Maceo’s behavior at school has worsened since a temporary restraining order was issued, with their son reportedly receiving a full week of disciplinary detention. __________________ If you recall, Olivier was granted a restraining order earlier this month, citing an incident in which Halle allegedly abused their son over a VR game. Cats can jump up to 6 times their body length in a single leap. Their powerful hind legs contain spring-loaded tendons that store elastic energy before release. A cat’s leg muscles make up roughly 20% of their total body weight. They calculate jump trajectories using their whiskers to measure gap width and their eyes to judge distance. Indoor cats who don’t jump regularly can lose this ability as their muscles atrophy.
