Went to the Oregon coast to celebrate my grandma’s life. Didn’t realize that my backyard I found in the mountains was gonna be a sick bike terrain park. Was able to spread my grandma’s ashes and spend two days ripping through this park. This was honestly a great way to deal with all the big feelings that had come up 🤙🏽💗 miss you G

Депутат Курултая Мейрхат Касымбаев заявил, что минимальной зарплаты в размере 85 тысяч тенге, по его мнению, достаточно для жизни в сельской местности.

При этом для жителей городов такой суммы, как он отметил в интервью для Tizgin.kz, уже недостаточно.

«В городе, думаю, уже нет»

Журналист спросила депутата, считает ли он достаточной нынешнюю МЗП в 85 тысяч тенге и нужно ли повышать ее до 115 тысяч. Касымбаев ответил, что решение о размере минимальной зарплаты находится не в его компетенции и должно основываться на расчетах соответствующих ведомств.

На вопрос, хватает ли 85 тысяч тенге на жизнь, депутат сказал:

«85.000 тенге достаточно для жизни в ауле, а вот для жизни в городе, думаю, уже нет».

Депутат объяснил это домашним хозяйством

По словам депутата, жители аулов могут обеспечивать себя частью продуктов самостоятельно.

«Они же трудолюбивые, они держат скот, молоко, фрукты, овощи. Всё своё».

Журналист отметила, что сами жители аулов говорят о нехватке зарплаты.

В ответ депутат заявил:

«Тем, кто будет работать в ауле, 85.000 тенге будет достаточно, думаю».

Он также рассказал, что раньше сельчане продавали домашние продукты, например масло, а сейчас, по его наблюдениям, в аулах стали чаще покупать готовую продукцию. Депутат связал возможность экономить на продуктах с особенностями жизни в сельской местности.

I’ve spent a lot of my career sharing stories about running. Training highs and lows and maybe most notably: marathon race recaps.

Though I didn’t run a marathon this year, this summer I experienced something much more challenging.

It was a summer filled with uncertainty surrounding my pregnancy and the birth of our son. There were moments of joy, fear, and a lot of moments I’m still trying to make sense of.

I’ve struggled with how much of this experience to share. Some memories are difficult to revisit, and others feel impossible to put into words.

But if I’ve taken anything away from our experience this summer, the professionals we worked with and the countless other families who have tackled similar situations, it’s that, like the marathon, many of us are navigating the same uncertain waters.

So, in true marathon recap fashion, I want to share a multi-part chronicle of my pregnancy, Warren’s birth, and the journey that has followed.

It’s raw, emotional, graphic and at times may be difficult to read. And while we have embraced the difficulties of our experience entering parenthood, I also recognize that parts of our story may be triggering for others.
