The RHS

The RHS and The @kingsfoundation Curious Garden has been relocated from RHS Chelsea Flower Show to Farnborough College of Technology, giving students hands-on opportunities to learn through plants, creativity and horticulture, while creating a shared space for the college and the wider community 🌿

Originally designed for RHS Chelsea 2026 by @francestophill in collaboration with @alantitchmarshcbe, Sir @davidbeckham and His Majesty The King @theroyalfamily, The Curious Garden has been adapted for its new home by @tlc.uk, while retaining core elements, including the oak-framed Museum of Curiosities which will be used as an outdoor classroom.

Key planting such as the @david_austin_roses' The King's Rose and Rosa 'Sir David Beckham', honeysuckle, iris and nasturtiums will preserve the character and spirit of the show garden 🌹

Hear from Frances, Virginia Barret, the Principal at Farnborough College, and Kai, one of the students at @farnboroughgram, about how The Curious Garden will impact and inspire students and staff for years to come!
